My favorite Carol’s Chutney recipe Is Curried Tuna Salad.

Curried Tuna Salad

One 7 oz. can of a tuna 

1/4 cup minced parsley  

1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

1 stalk finely chopped celery  

1/2 cup mayonnaise Curry powder to taste  
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar  
2 heaping tablespoons Carol’s Apple-Pear-Jalapeño Chutney  



Mix all ingredients well.  Serve as a sandwich filling, a stuffing for avocado halves, or on cucumber slices as hor d'oerves.  2 servings.
