Curried Tuna Salad

One 7 oz. can of a tuna |
1/4 cup minced parsley |

1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1
stalk finely chopped celery |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Curry
powder to taste |

1
tablespoon red wine vinegar |
2 heaping tablespoons Carol’s Apple-Pear-Jalapeño Chutney |
Mix all ingredients well. Serve as a sandwich filling, a stuffing for avocado halves, or on cucumber slices as hor d'oerves. 2 servings.
