Habañero Cranberry-Orange Rice Pudding
| 1/2 cup Trés Tropical Cranberry-Orange Salsa |
3 tbs Orange liquor |
| Orange zest |
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix |
| 3 tbsp. raisins |
1 cup cooked white rice |

1-3 oz Cranberry Toad Sweat |
Soak raisins in the Orange liquor for at least 2 hours (the longer the better). Prepare pudding mix according to directions on package. Add rice, raisins, Toad Sweat and orange zest to taste. Pour into buttered casserole. Spoon Trés Tropical Cranberry-Orange Salsa over pudding. Top with whipped cream.
