Directions:
In a lightly oiled skillet, brown 1 lb. chicken tenders, and the last minute of cooking add 1/3 cup of
Trés Tropical Red Raspberry or Cranberry Orange Fruit salsa. Makes a great chicken fajita, or it can be served over rice with a selection of steamed vegetables. Serves two.
