Cranberry Meatloaf*

                                                 
            

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup Trés Tropical Cranberry-Orange Salsa
1/2 cup water or beer
salt and pepper to taste
  

Mix ingredients.  Cook at 325 degrees until done, about 1 hour.  Cover with more salsa when nearly done.

 

*This recipe is best when used at 7000 feet above sea level.  Please adjust recipe accordingly.
