Cranberry-Orange Cornbread

                                                 
            

1 cup corn flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Trés Tropical Cranberry-Orange Salsa
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can evaporated milk
Salt to taste

Sift together flours, salt, and baking soda.  Combine eggs, milk, and salsa with a whisk.  Mix flour and egg mixtures gently with a rubber spatula.  Do not overwork the batter.  Adjust the amount of milk to get the proper consistency.

Bake in a buttered and floured pan at 350 degrees until done.
