Cup of Albacore tuna mashed (dry)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbs. sweet pickles, finely chopped
Dash of Classic Red Cayenne Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
6 medium size French or Italian rolls
1 tbs. finely chopped celery
1 tbs. mayonnaide
1 tbs. grated onion
Combine tuna, lemon juice, salt, and Classic Red Cayenne hot sauce Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add onion, celery and pickles. Slice rolls "down the
middle", toast and butter slices. Heap tuna mixture on buttered slices, add a dash or two of hot sauce, and serve.
Fresh fruit makes an excellent side dish.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
