RECIPES~Marinade for Goat or Lamb

Ingredients

8 cups dry white wine
2 tb Classic Red Hot Pepper Sauce
2 cups Green crème de menthe
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbl onion powder
1 cup water
1 tsp. dried mint (crushed)
2 tbls olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb or goat 6 to 12 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks.
